Pomegranate designed a new specialty Japanese restaurant for the Accord Metropolitan, a five star hotel in Chennai. This restaurant named Sora Jima meaning Island in the Sky in Japanese, was created as a contemporary space that incorporated this theme. Launched for a special target audience, the Japanese, Pomegranate understood their needs and that of the cuisine and designed the restaurant accordingly.
